The product also includes a controller and an app for iOS and Android. The controller can be used to convert 433MHz RF devices to be controlled via the app, and the app can be used to control the devices over Wi-Fi or mobile network.

The product doesn't support to learn rolling code and dynamic code

To control Sonoff RF Bridge, you'll need to say RF Remote name and button name together.
Standard voice control commands phrases (if you just say the RF Remote name, Alexa will turn on/off all buttons of that RF Remote immediately):
